Vendor Space Available

Sell your dance related merchandise and services and promote your business to the dance enthusiasts at the USA Dance 2012 National DanceSport Championships! Our prestigious annual event will take place at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland from March 30 through April 1, 2012.  We offer a three-day, $650 package rate for vendor space, including tables, security, a full-page, black and white program ad and two all-weekend general admission passes to the competition.

The package rate covers three 8’ tables, which are to be placed in a “U” shape, giving you about a 12' x 12' space to host your mobile store. Tablecloths will be provided as well. Should you also wish to drape your table, please feel free to do so, and please don’t forget to bring any extension cords that you may need. The hotel will charge $10 for each cord it provides.

Set up time will be from 6pm to 11pm on Thursday,March 29, 2012.  Your table and exhibit must be cleared within one hour following the end of the competition (around midnight) on Sunday, April 1, 2012.

The cost for the three days is $650.00, payable to USA Dance. You will receive a full-page black & white ad in the program complimentary with your booth, and you may upgrade your ad to a full-page color ad by paying an additional $50.00.  Ads must be camera ready and will be used exactly as received. Note that the deadline for copy is March 2, 2012, and that the program size will be 8 ½” x 11”.

Vendor dates to remember:

  • Signed contract and full payment of vendor fee delivered to Vendor Coordinator, Katie Crutchfield, by March 2, 2012

  • Final ad copy delivered to Advertising Coordinator, Roger Greenawalt, by March 2, 2012

  • Load in and set up at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel on Thursday, March 29, 6pm-11pm

  • Vendor merchandise and materials cleared from exhibit area by one hour after end of event the evening of Sunday, April 1, 2012
